Late pick-up rule

Club ends and pick-up is at 4:30 PM.
One late pick-up results in a written warning.
After the 2nd unexcused late pick-up, the student will not be allowed to participate in any afterschool programming at Discovery Chess at Southampton Elementary for one year.

I understand the 4:30 PM pick-up time and late pick-up rule.
